Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) looks forward to welcoming you at the VIII Central Asian International Forum on Education Quality Assurance "Improving the Quality of Education as a Strategic Development Phenomenon of HEIs in the Information Space", which will be held on October 4, 2024 in the city of Astana IT-University, Astana, Mangilik El Avenue, 55/11. EXPO Business Center, Block C1, Conference Hall (the Republic of Kazakhstan).

The annual IAAR Forum aims at discussing topical issues of development of internal and external quality assurance system in education, expansion of cooperation with foreign educational organisations, promotion of quality culture and constructive interaction of the academic community and international labour market.

The Forum will be attended by Douglas Blackstock, President of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and Stéphane Lauwick, President of the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR), representatives of state bodies, international higher education quality assurance networks, heads of higher education institutions from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Türkiye, Moldova, Armenia, Latvia.

The Forum will discuss the following key issues:

1. A New Paradigm of Quality Assurance in Education in the Context of Innovative Transformations 
2. Integration of Medical Education, Science and Practice
3. How Does Artificial Intelligence Influence the Development of the Architecture of the Education System?

Working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.
