International Standards for Foreign Countries
The Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) conducts an international accreditation following standards developed on the basis of ESG and WFME standards.
Standards allows to take into account the specific legislation in the field of education of relevant countries in conducting international accreditation.
The objective of the international accreditation is to assess and recognise the high quality of educational organisation against international accreditation standards ESG and WFME standards.
The standards are the intellectual property of the IAAR. They are available to the public and presented on the IAAR website.
IAAR Standards and Guidelines are subject to amendment, revision and updating, and are governed by the Instruction on the Development and Improvement of Standards, taking into account the HEIs recommendations, academic experts, employers, professional organisations.

IAAR has developed institutional and specialised (programme) accreditation standards aimed at professional and reliable external quality assurance in education.
