International Standards for Foreign Countries
The Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) conducts international accreditation based on standards developed in accordance with ESG and WFME criteria.
These standards allow for the consideration of specific educational legislation within the respective state during the international accreditation process.
The goal of international accreditation is to evaluate and recognize the quality of an educational organization in alignment with international ESG and WFME standards.
The standards are the intellectual property of the agency, are publicly accessible, and are available on the IAAR website.
IAAR standards and guidelines are subject to revision and improvement, regulated by the Instructions for the Development and Improvement of Standards, taking into account proposals and recommendations from universities, academic experts, employers, and representatives of professional organizations.

Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Accreditation standards in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are developed by accreditation bodies independently. IAAR has developed institutional and specialised (programme) accreditation standards aimed at professional and reliable external quality assurance in education.
The standards are the intellectual property of the agency. They are available to the public and presented on the IAAR website.
The IAAR Standards and Guidelines are subject to amendment, revision and updating, and are governed by the Instruction on the Development and Improvement of Standards, taking into account the HEIs recommendations, academic experts, employers, professional organisations.

Standards of the Kyrgyz Republic
Accreditation standards in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic are developed by accreditation bodies independently.
