Standards for foreign countries 

The Independent Accreditation and Rating Agency (IAAR) provides international accreditation according to standards developed based on ESG and WFME standards.

The standards make it possible to take into account the specifics of legislation in the field of education of the relevant countries when conducting international accreditation.

The purpose of international accreditation is to assess and recognize the high quality of an educational organization according to international ESG accreditation standards and WFME standards.

The standards are the intellectual property of the IAAR. They are available to the public and presented on the IAAR website.

IAAR standards and methodological recommendations are subject to change, revision and updating and are regulated by the Instructions for the development and improvement of standards, taking into account the recommendations of universities, scientific experts, employers, and professional organizations.

Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Accreditation standards in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are developed by accreditation bodies independently. IAAR has developed institutional and specialised (programme) accreditation standards aimed at professional and reliable external quality assurance in education.

The standards are the intellectual property of the agency. They are available to the public and presented on the IAAR website.

The IAAR Standards and Guidelines are subject to amendment, revision and updating, and are governed by the Instruction on the Development and Improvement of Standards, taking into account the HEIs recommendations, academic experts, employers, professional organisations.
