Director of the IAAR participates in the selection of the Governing Board members of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC, Moldova).

By the invitation of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova, the Director of the IAAR, A. Zhumagulova, was included in the Competition Committee for the open election procedure to the Governing Board of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC, Republic of Moldova).

According to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the Governing Board of ANACEC is elected by the Competition Committee, which consists of 5 authoritative international representatives of quality assurance agencies.

On October 14-15, a meeting of the Competition Committee was held in Chisinau, where members of the Committee conducted interviews with candidates for the Governing Board of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC, Republic of Moldova).

Based on the results of the interview, 15 members of the ANACEC Governing Board were elected for a term of 3 years.

The elections were absolutely transparent and transparent, each candidate had the same opportunity. The members of the Competition Committee paid special attention not only to the professional and scientific achievements of the candidates, but also to the knowledge of the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG), the principles of the Bologna Process, the system of internal and external quality assurance of education.

The inclusion of a representative of the IAAR in the Competition Committee on the election procedure to the Governing Board of the National Agency for Quality Assurance means not only trust and recognition of high international status, but also the cross-border nature of the IAAR.
