IAAR conducted a training seminar for new experts

On February 20, 2026, the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) hosted an international seminar dedicated to preparing experts for external evaluation visits to educational organizations.
The event aimed to enhance the professional competencies of experts, improve their practical skills, and ensure unified approaches to conducting external evaluation visits in accordance with international educational quality standards.
During the seminar, participants reviewed the key stages of visit preparation and implementation, methods for analyzing self-assessment reports, interaction with representatives of educational organizations, and the specifics of drafting expert reports. Particular attention was paid to the issues of objectivity, transparency, and the ethical principles of external experts.
The seminar speakers were Gulfiya Rivkatovna Nazyrova, Project Manager for Institutional and Specialized Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions, and Zhulduz Aubakirovna Auezkhanova, Project Manager for Accreditation of Technical and Vocational Education Organizations. They provided practical recommendations, analyzed typical case studies, and answered participants' questions.
The seminar was attended by international and national representatives of the academic community and specialists in the field of quality assurance in education. Such events contribute to strengthening expert potential and the further development of the independent accreditation system.
