The IAAR director Zhumagulova A.B. participated in the work of the round table «Strategic management of universities in the conditions of expanding academic freedom». She made a presentation entitled «The role of independent accreditation in the strategic management of university», in which she had noted a particular contribution of independent accreditation in developing a culture of quality education and strategic potential of university. IAAR provides significant support to HEIs in improving quality and competitiveness of education, which is an important factor in preparing of HEIs to be up to the international standards within the global integration and internationalization of education.
Director of the Center for the Bologna process and academic mobility, rector of the Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod and representatives of the Kazakhstan higher education institutions have also participated in the work of the Round table.
