On October 14, 2025, the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR), in cooperation with the National Center for the Development of Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organised and conducted a methodological seminar on the topic: “Atlas of Future Professions: Development and Implementation of Educational Programs.”

With a welcoming address to the seminar participants, General director of IAAR Alina Zhumagulova emphasised the importance of aligning educational programs with the fast changing labour market and emerging professional profiles. The seminar speakers were Olzhas Sakenov, Head of the «Мамандығым-Болашағым» project and expert Marina Skiba.

The seminar was attended by IAAR experts and higher education institution representatives. Participants discussed issues related to the integration of the Atlas of New Professions into the processes of developing and updating educational programmes, methods of ensuring and assessing the quality of educational programmes in the context of AI implementation, as well as the design of innovative educational programmes within digital learning trajectories.

The methodological seminar on the development, updating, and quality assurance of educational programmes based on the Atlas of New Professions, taking into account the advancement of digitalisation and artificial intelligence, became an important event not only for experts but also for the entire academic community. At the conclusion of the seminar, all participants received Certificates.
