International Conference "New Approaches of Training: Higher Education as a Process of Developing the Potential for Employment"

On September 18, 2018, representatives of IAAR Chairman of the Expert Council Skiba M.A. and Advisor on strategic planning Iskakova G.K. participated in the International Conference "New Approaches of Training: Higher Education as a Process of Developing the Potential for Employment" hosted by the Narxoz University (Almaty) in the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of Centers of Competence and Employability Development (Сomplete)". The main tasks of the conference were the creation of dialog platform for employers, career centers, graduates, recruiting agencies, professional associations, representatives of public services and universities to discuss methods for determining and updating the competencies required for young people to form employment potential. The conference presented IAAR approaches to enhancing the role of employers in quality assurance of the educational process and results obtained by the consortium members.
