On March 20-23, the chairman of the Expert Council of the IAAR, the head of the quality assurance and strategic analysis department of the Narxoz University, a member of the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts Marina Skiba took part in the International Scientific Methodical Conference "Foresight of Education: Academic Freedoms VS Accreditation Restrictions" hosted by the Financial University (Moscow).
Discussion platform I "External independent assessment of the quality of education:
Standards and Real Efficiency" was conducted jointly with the Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Career Development. In the presentation, Skiba M.A. presented a successful experience of expanding academic freedom in Kazakhstan on the example of interaction between the IAAR and Kazakhstani universities.
