International Workshop on professional growth of IAAR experts in Almaty

On January 19, 2017 Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) in collaboration with the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) held an International Workshop on professional growth of IAAR experts. The workshop was hosted at the Narxoz University in Almaty city.
This workshop was attended by ENQA Director, Mrs. Maria Kelo, Rector of the Narxoz University, Mr. K. Rybinski, Advisor to the Narxoz University Rector, Chairman of the IAAR Expert Council, Mrs. M.A.Skiba, as well as the chairmen of the External expert committees and IAAR experts of Category I.
IAAR Director, Mrs. A.B. Zhumagulova, welcomed the speakers and participants of the workshop, especially thanked ENQA management and personally Mrs. Maria Kelo, noting the importance of this event and the willingness to promote the ENQA policy at the national level. In its turn, Mrs. Maria Kelo solemnly presented to IAAR a certificate of full membership in ENQA.
Mrs. Maria Kelo in her presentation mentioned such issues as: "European Quality Assurance structure - the basic principles and requirements of ESG and ENQA work”, “What should be a good report on the external quality assurance? -outcomes of the EQARep project”, “ESG 2015 - focus on key standards of Part 1".
Upon completion of the workshop, all participants were awarded certificates.
