On April 6, 2017, the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating entered the National Register of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In order to train experts to assess the quality of higher education institutions and educational programs in Kyrgyzstan, the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating conducts training seminars. The training seminar was held in Bishkek on May 22-23 and in Osh on May 24-25, 2017. Trainers are Zhumagulova Alina, Ph.D. in legal sciences, Director of IAAR; Seydakhmetova Rimma, Ph.D., IAAR scientific advisor; Shunkeyev Kuanyshbek, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, professor, member of the IAAR Expert Council, developer of the methodology of the ranking of educational programs, the first vice-rector - pro-rector for strategy and international relations of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov; Skiba Marina, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Chairman of the IAAR Expert Council, Advisor to the Rector of the Narhoz University.

According to the program of the seminar, candidates for experts and the academic community of Kyrgyzstan will be given the opportunity to familiarize and study the following relevant topics: "Independent assessment of the quality of education: the IAAR experience", "IAAR Development strategy: values and priorities", "Methodology of rating survey of higher education institutions by levels and areas of specialists’ training"," Trends in quality assurance: from Europe to Central Asia. Interrelation between ESG and IAAR standards"," Qualification requirements for IAAR experts".

Also within the framework of the seminar business games, interactive sessions and group work will be organized. Upon the seminar outcomes, IAAR certificates will be awarded.
