Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating and the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility Center of the MES RK signed a memorandum of cooperation

On November 2, 2018, the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating and the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of cooperation to effectively cooperate in improving the quality of Kazakhstani higher and postgraduate education. By this memorandum, the parties expressed interest in the effective implementation by Kazakhstan parameters of the Bologna process, joint participation in the activities of the European Higher Education Area, advisory support to Kazakh universities on academic freedom, strengthening research and project activities, enhancing professional expertise, and conducting joint analytical studies. Representation of interests in the field of quality assurance at the national and international levels, expert support in establishing international relations and contacts are also identified as key areas of cooperation.
