On October 1, 2021, during the Forum, Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) and The Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (TKTA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in order to establish effective cooperation in the field of education quality assurance. The Agency is a professional and specialised body in the field of independent assessment of the quality of higher, secondary and additional education based on the standards adopted in Azerbaijan and internationally.
