On March 14, 2019 the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) conducts an international seminar on the professional development of experts in the field of quality assurance hosted by the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main objective of the seminar is the development of the professional community and training of skills and competence of the IAAR experts.
Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international accreditation bodies on quality assurance, Kazakhstan and international experts from the Czech Republic, Georgia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia take part in the seminar.
Guided by the experience of ENQA, the IAAR conducts an interactive seminar. Training methods — business games and case studies make it possible to simulate the accreditation process, to understand the features of the evaluation of criteria for accreditation standards and the role of experts in the accreditation process.
The training of the IAAR experts will make it possible to take into account changes in the regulatory legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan, new methods and technologies for assessing the quality of education in the accreditation.
