On November 18, 2021, in the city of Ankara (Turkey), a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (YOKAK) and the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR). During the meeting, YOKAK President Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Elmas and IAAR General Director Dr. Alina Zhumagulova discussed the prospects for development and further cooperation in improving the quality of education.
