The agreement on collaboration was signed between the Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Career Development (AKKORK) and independent agency for accreditation and rating(IAAR) during the seminar "International cooperation of quality assurance agencies as a tool to improve the quality of education" in Moscow. The purpose of cooperation is a professional collaboration in the field of independent evaluation of the quality of higher education and secondary vocational and additional training, implementation of joint innovation and advisory projects aimed to improvw the competitiveness of educational institutions.
