Participation of IAAR in the Information Day of the Erasmus + program in Kazakhstan

On December 22, 2021, IAAR representatives took part in the Information Day of the Erasmus+ Program in Kazakhstan, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Delegation of the European Union in Kazakhstan, the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture of the European Commission and the National Office of the Erasmus+ Program in Kazakhstan.
The event was held on the basis of Astana IT University in a mixed format and gathered more than 300 participants.
Welcoming remarks were made by the Deputy Director of the Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Narbekova Banu Mukataevna, Head of the Delegation of the European Union in Kazakhstan Mr. Kestutis Yankauskas and Director of the National Office of the Erasmus + Program in Kazakhstan Tasbulatova Shaizada Umurzakovna.
During the event, the achievements were demonstrated and the prospects for the international expansion of the Erasmus + program were discussed, and the participants shared their experience of participating in the joint master's programs Erasmus Mundus and the Jean Monnet program. As part of the capacity building of higher education and international credit mobility, innovations for submitting project applications were discussed.
