Professional Development Program of Independent Experts started out at the IAAR

On February 14, 2020, the first of four training seminars of the Professional Development Program of Independent Experts was held in Nur-Sultan.
A training seminar on the use of tools for external quality assessment of educational programs and methods for developing the results of quality assessment of educational programs of higher and (or) postgraduate education was held within the walls of the IAAR office.
Within the framework of the training seminar, approaches to an external assessment of the effectiveness of the internal quality assurance system at the university were considered, work with cases was organized to determine the conformity of the Self-Assessment Reports with the established IAAR standards. At the end of the training seminar, business games were held that allowed experts to master the principles of constructing interviews with focus groups during a visit to the HEI.
