On May 23, 2019, with the support of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan held a council on youth affairs "STUDUNION-2019" within the framework of the project "Development of the system of youth self-government bodies". The purpose of the council is to develop civic activism of young people and involve them in the process of building a civil dialogue through the development of a system of youth self-government at the local level, including through training the student asset to new work practices. At this event, G. Iskakova, Advisor on Strategic Development of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating, spoke on the role of youth in the process of knowledge transfer in the context of the innovative development of Kazakhstan. The IAAR actively cooperates with the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan, conducts educational programs and attracts students to the process of accreditation of universities and colleges and their educational programs aimed at ensuring the quality of education.
