"Egemen Kazakhstan" on the system of independent evaluation in the field of education

In the Republican Newspaper “Egemen Kazakhstan” № 192 (28920) from October 7, 2016 published an article of the Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Director of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating Alina Zhumagulova called “An important indicator of the education quality”, which devoted to the 5th anniversary of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating.
The article analyzes modernization of education system of Kazakhstan in the context of introducing and successful realization of the parameters of Bologna process on quality assurance of education. According to the Director, the introduction of accreditation in Kazakhstan – a deliberate process, indicating the sign of the education quality. This is an incentive for the Kazakh higher education institutions to actively position itself in the international educational space. And for each person opens limitless opportunities for self-realization.
