Recognition
IAAR, demonstrating high competitiveness, consistently carries out in the Eastern European and Central Asian region an independent, objective, professional assessment of the educational activities of universities in 15 countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Switzerland, Moldova, Romania, Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Barbados, Dominica and others on the basis of concluded Agreements and IAAR recognition by the relevant state bodies.
In the first half of 2025, IAAR External Expert Panels (EEP) conducted international accreditation at universities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Moldova and Switzerland. IAAR accreditation is carried out with the active participation of stakeholders - national and foreign experts, employers and students.
All IAAR-accredited educational institutions and educational programmes are automatically included in the DEQAR database of the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR). The European DEQAR Register is a Register of educational programmes and educational institutions accredited by quality assurance agencies recognised at European level. Inclusion in DEQAR of educational programmes and educational institutions confirms their compliance with the ESG quality assurance standards and is the basis for recognition of accredited educational institutions and educational programmes in the European Higher Education Area.
