The Director A. Zhumagulova and the Scientific consultant R. Seidakhmetova participated in a seminar "The international cooperation of agencies of a quality assurance as the instrument of improvement of quality of education" on June 21-22, 2016 in Moscow, the Russian Federation. The organizer of the international seminar meeting was the National accreditation agency in education (the federal state budgetary institution "NAA").
At the seminar the Director of IAAR A. Zhumagulova made the report on the subject "Integration of System of Ensuring Quality of Education of Kazakhstan into the European Space". During the performance A. Zhumagulova shared the Kazakhstan practice of integration into the European space at experience of Independent agency of accreditation and a rating (IAAR). Also the analysis of modernization of an education system of Kazakhstan and positive changes in ensuring quality of the higher education from the moment of accession to the Bologna declaration in 2010 was given. The role of independent accreditation in ensuring the international recognition of the Kazakhstan education, diplomas and higher education institutions, worthy positioning of higher education institutions in the domestic and in the international education market was especially noted.
