On June 22, 2022, an independent agency for accreditation and rating held a webinar for the chairmen of the external expert commission on the topic: “External quality assessment for compliance with IAAR standards and focus on improvement”. The moderators of the webinar, Gulnar Kozhagulovna Iskakova, Advisor for Strategic Development, and Guliyash Balkenovna Niyazova, Head of the Project for Conducting Institutional and Specialized Accreditation of Universities, briefed the chairmen of the EEC with the latest changes and additions to IAAR documents, including the Guidelines for Organizing and Conducting the External Evaluation Procedure in the process of accreditation of an educational organization and (or) an educational program ”and international accreditation standards, held a discussion on the most important aspects of ensuring that the external assessment procedure and the report of the external expert commission comply with the requirements and standards of IAAR. Experts of the first category of IAAR Turdalieva Botagoz Saitovna, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Tabishev Timur Arsenovich, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, shared their experience as the Chairman of the EEC with the webinar participants; Kamkin Viktor Aleksandrovich, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Ass.Professor and others.

Particular attention of the chairmen of the EEC was paid to the issues of collegial discussion of the preliminary results of the assessment in accordance with the parameters of the profile of the OP, the principles for the formation of the evidence / analytical part of the EEC report, ensuring that the assessments of the parameters correspond to the content of the analytical part, strengths and formulated recommendations.
