Annual 2023 CEENQA General Assembly and International Workshop in Astana – hosted by IAAR

At the 2022 General Assembly of the Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA), it was decided to hold the next annual General Assembly and an international workshop on the basis of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) in Astana on June 2-3, 2023.
More than 50 heads of accreditation agencies from Germany, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Northern Cyprus, Moldova, Turkey and Ukraine, as well as international higher education quality assurance networks ENQA, EQAR, INQAAHE and APQN, are planned to attend the CEENQA General Assembly.
The holding of the General Assembly and the international workshop is of great importance for the development of the education quality assurance system in Kazakhstan and throughout Central Asia.
