IAAR participated in the APQN Annual Academic Conference 2024

A representative of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) took part in the APQN 2024 International Conference, which was held from September 26 to 29 in St. Petersburg, Russia. The conference, organised by the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN), brought together leading experts in the field of quality assurance in education. IAAR was represented at the conference by the Deputy General Director of IAAR and the APQN Board Director, Dr. Timur Kanapyanov.

During the event, key issues of global trends in higher education were discussed, such as international quality standards, the implementation of artificial intelligence in educational processes, and the digitalisation of curricula.

The participation of the IAAR representative confirmed Kazakhstan's active role in shaping the international quality assurance system in higher education and emphasised the importance of collaborating with international partners to improve educational standards in the country and the region.
