2021 European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF)

On November 18-19, 2021, Representatives of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) took part in the Annual European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) "Building trust and enhancement: from information to evidence" in an online format. By bringing together higher education institutions, students, accreditation agencies, researchers and quality assurance specialists, the Forum provided a dialogue platform for exchanging experiences and discussing the relevant issues of quality assurance.
At the site of the EQAF 2021 Forum, the expert community focus was on achieving an appropriate balance between qualitative and quantitative data and various sources of information; effective use of various data and evidence involved in external and internal quality assurance as well as their interpretation in order to ensure quality and confidence building. The EQAF 2021 Forum paid special attention to digitalisation processes that provide broader opportunities in the field of quality assurance.
