Advisor of the General Director of IAAR Olga Yanovskaya delivered a presentation entitled “Transformation of the Accreditation Standard for Pedagogical Education”

On 24 June 2026, Olga Yanovskaya, Advisor of the General Director of IAAR and a member of the Working Group of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered a presentation entitled “Transformation of the Accreditation Standard for Pedagogical Education” at the extended meeting of the Educational and Methodological Association in the field of “Pedagogical Sciences” under the Republican Educational and Methodological Council of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, and the Educational and Methodological Association in the field of “Vocational Education and Training” under the Republican Educational and Methodological Council of S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University.
Within the framework of the extended meeting, “A Modern Model of Teacher Training Focused on a Practice-Oriented Approach, the Integration of Neural Networks, and Personalised Learning,” participants discussed new approaches to the accreditation of teacher education programmes at higher education institutions, the expansion of external assessment criteria, and their alignment with the new requirements of internal quality assurance systems. These approaches are consistent with the objectives of the new Methodology for the Comprehensive Assessment of Teacher Training Quality and the updated Concept for the Development of Teacher Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
